Oxfordshire libraries art and poetry competition for children and young people under 18.

Now is the time to rhyme with our art and poetry competition.

Winners will see their poem or book cover design published in an eBook poetry collection on the Overdrive platform.

You need to write a poem (up to 42 lines long) or design a book cover for a new and original poetry collection.

About your entry

Poems can be any style, any subject, any form. It could be a shape poem, limerick, sonnet, haiku, rhyming couplets or free style. The content must be suitable for other young people to read and hear, with no offensive or harmful language used.

Book covers can be in any style, but need to be portrait and saved as a .jpg file format

Entries and consent forms to be emailed by midnight Friday 1 May to librarydigitalservices@oxfordshire.gov.uk

Winners will be notified by the end of June.
