This September saw an increased number of training delegates facing late-cancellation fees. If you do not cancel your place within 6 days of the course you are required to pay a £50.00 charge for wasted time and resources.
So, make sure you check your calendar if you have training coming up and take early action if you cannot attend.
Remember, if you are being sent a link, check your ‘junk’ folder. Your device may have directed the course information to that folder. It is your responsibility to check. Emailing the course provider on the day of the course for a link is too late. On Saturdays the inbox is not manned.
The OSCB has long lists of people waiting for courses – cancelling your course at the last minute not only costs your organisation money but denies training to someone else.
