We have had a number of queries recently regarding safeguarding training for volunteers during the coronavirus pandemic. The recommended course for volunteers at this time is our Introduction to Safeguarding e-learning course.
The course is aimed at any individual who may come into contact with children, young people and/or their families for short periods of time during the course of their work. It will introduce key principles and responsibilities that you have in your work with children, young people and their families.
This course should take approximately 60 minutes to complete. You don’t have to complete it all in one sitting; you are able to leave at any point and come back to it later.
