FACE TO FACE / Webinar (Online) COURSES / EVENTS:
Non-attendance, late arrival and late cancellations will incur a £50 charge.
- An invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the line manager or finance team
- The cost centre for OCC colleagues will be charged automatically for non-attendance
- Payment terms for non-attendance charges will be 14 days from receipt of invoice
- If a delegate misses 15 or more minutes of a face to face or online course, they will be marked as absent, and a £50 charge will be made
