An interesting way to share safeguarding knowledge and practice ideas with your team is to have a safeguarding quiz in your team meeting or as part of a team training event.
The OSCB is developing a series of safeguarding quizzes for managers of teams to use in this way and the first one, with a theme of NEGLECT, is now available and can be found here. It can be used as a cue sheet to be read out to your team or as a question sheet (after you remove the answers of course!) for practitioners to work on in small groups. It is hoped that the questions will encourage discussion and debate, to aid understanding and increase peer learning.
