  • The LCSS Teams provide advice and support to practitioners and families on Early Help. In Oxfordshire we have the Strengths & Needs (a tool to explore family life) and Team around the Family meetings (TAFs)
  • LCSS are responsible for the storage, reviewing and feedback to practitioners on Strengths & Needs and TAFs completed by partner agencies as per Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018
  • LCSS review all Strengths & Needs and provide professional recommendations to improve outcomes for children and ensure multi agency involvement
  • All Strengths & Needs and TAF minutes will need to be sent to LCSS
  • To find out more about Strengths & Needs and TAF processes including documents please look at the Early Help Guide for Families
