Mental Health Awareness Week

Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week takes place from 13-19 May 2019. The theme this year is Body Image – how we think and feel about our bodies. See here for further information.

To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week, the BBC has launched BBC Mental Health Season with content across network and regional television, national and local radio and digital platforms.

On television, there will be three personal films – Nadiya: Anxiety And Me for BBC One and for BBC Two, Alastair Campbell: Depression And Me; and David Harewood: Psychosis And Me. Watch the trailer or click here to access the range of content.
