As a child or young person you can be dealing with a wide range of problems that you will need help and support to cope with, these can be things such as
- being hurt and abused, both sexually and physical,
- being scared by someone or having something happen to you that you’re not even sure if its abusive
- bullying
- serious family tensions
- worries about friends' welfare
- teenage pregnancy
If you've got worries or need some advice there are a number of places you can go to for help.

free confidential helpline for children and young people in the UK. You can call them on 0800 1111 to talk about any problem. They have counsellors who are always there to help you sort it out.
Being in care
Websites for children and young people who are separated from their families and living in residential or foster care.
