Training Subgroup (TSG)
The Training Subgroup meets quarterly to discuss issues around single and multi-agency safeguarding training. The group is made up of representatives from Learning and Development, Workforce Development, Police, Social Care, Education and Health, all of whom contribute to the planning of OCSB training delivery. The group use a standard data set to analyse training courses in relation to attendance figures, course and trainer feedback, as well as overseeing the multi-agency pool of trainers that deliver courses on behalf of the OSCB.
