Membership
The statutory membership of OSCBs is set out in Section 13(3) of the Children Act 2004.
These organisations are required to co-operate with the local authority in the establishment and operation of the board and have shared responsibility for the effective discharge of its functions.
In Oxfordshire, this means that the organisations represented are as follows:
