As a child or young person you can be dealing with a wide range of problems that you will need help and support to cope with, these can be things such as

  • being hurt and abused, both sexually and physical,
  • being scared by someone or having something happen to you that you’re not even sure if its abusive
  • bullying
  • serious family tensions
  • worries about friends' welfare
  • teenage pregnancy

If you've got worries or need some advice there are a number of places you can go to for help.
